What have you done before the problem was there?
Nothing. This is not a problem but I want to change the colour.

What have you already tried to solve the problem?
I tried changing the hex code, if you view 'a:forumtitle', I have changed the hex code to black but when I upload it to my directory, the blue is still there. Also, I have changed 'a:forumtitle:active' and still nothing has changed. Please help me.

I have tried everything but nothing seems to change. I have changed everything I edited back to default, so I can start from scratch with guidance =D

Did you refresh your theme files at your ACP, tab Styles after making those edits?
